What is the return policy?
Because all WorkFlowINC products are digital downloads, they can’t be returned. That said, I want you to be happy with your purchase. If a file doesn’t work, looks different from the preview, or you need help getting set up, contact me with your order number and I’ll fix it or make it right
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. Since digital products can’t be returned once downloaded, all sales are final. If there’s a problem with your order, reach out and I’ll sort it out. Full details are in our Terms and Policies.
When will I get my order?
Right away. After you complete checkout, you’ll receive an email with your download link or access instructions within minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact me and I’ll resend it.
Where are your products manufactured?
Nothing is manufactured or shipped. Every product is a digital template or tool designed by me, Alex, here in South Africa. You download it and can start using it straight away.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. There’s no shipping because everything is delivered digitally. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
